2020-06-23The school of economics has made great efforts to develop the education of foreign students in China, with a rich enrollment of students from diversified countries.The educational level covers education of students with academic qualifications and education of non-academic students.In response to the national ‘The Belt and Road Initiative’, HDU has set up ‘special scholarship for international students from countries along The Belt and Road’. The number and quality of international students in China have been improving year by year.At present, we have enrolled more than 20 graduate students, mainly from countries along The Belt and Road, such as Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan, Mongolia and Vietnam, who are mainly studying applied economics.
Applied Economics, Cultivate the professionals with solid knowledge of economics, mastering a foreign language, can use the relevant theories and methods of economics to solve practical problems, who could be engaged in teaching work, comprehensive economic management departments of economic ****ysis and research work. This major aims to broaden students’ knowledge of economics, and improve trade and other aspects of professional knowledge and skills, to have strong language advantage and be familiar with Chinese culture, then ensure they can be in various forms of organization of the enterprises and institutions engaged in economic and management.
